WEBVTT 1 00:00:04.879 --> 00:00:08.830 Hello everyone, welcome to another episode of catch up with Cairo touch. I'm 2 00:00:08.910 --> 00:00:13.869 your host, Dr Brian Blast and my guest today is Cathy Widner of KMC 3 00:00:14.070 --> 00:00:19.149 University. Most doctors in the profession know her as Cathy Mills Chang. Cathy 4 00:00:19.269 --> 00:00:25.059 is one of the chiropractic professions leading billing, coding and compliance experts. She's 5 00:00:25.100 --> 00:00:29.620 dedicated her career to making sure Chiropractic is central in the healthcare arena, with 6 00:00:29.739 --> 00:00:34.700 its doctors earning the respect and financial rewards that are deserved. This dedication is 7 00:00:34.820 --> 00:00:38.570 no more apparent than in KMC University, for what she is the founder and 8 00:00:38.689 --> 00:00:42.009 CEO. Happy New Year, Cathy. Thank you so much for joining me 9 00:00:42.090 --> 00:00:44.890 today. Oh It's my pleasure. Thank you so much for inviting me. 10 00:00:45.289 --> 00:00:48.649 It's been a long time since we've kind of gotten me on and had a 11 00:00:48.810 --> 00:00:53.079 nice casual conversation like this, so thanks for joining us. Before we get 12 00:00:53.200 --> 00:00:56.359 into kind of the meat of you know, the topic today and kind of 13 00:00:56.359 --> 00:01:00.240 your expertise, can you just give our audience a brief, one minute synopsis 14 00:01:00.320 --> 00:01:03.640 of who you are what you do, just in case there are a few 15 00:01:03.719 --> 00:01:07.590 Docs a listening that don't know anything about you. Sure, given I guess 16 00:01:07.870 --> 00:01:12.189 this coming February I will be telling me my tredy eight here in Chiropractic. 17 00:01:14.069 --> 00:01:19.420 This is my my aunt trey, was as a chiropractic assistant and I served 18 00:01:19.459 --> 00:01:26.980 in that capacity for many years until I moved to New York with my family 19 00:01:26.019 --> 00:01:33.010 at that time and it was the practice administrator for a large collection of pretty 20 00:01:33.049 --> 00:01:37.810 much the largest chiropractic group practice in that state. And then another government move 21 00:01:38.290 --> 00:01:42.129 moved us to Washington DC where I became assistant director for Insurance for the ACA. 22 00:01:42.969 --> 00:01:47.359 After that and a move to Denver, which is the area where I 23 00:01:47.400 --> 00:01:53.680 live now, I worked with breakthrough coaching, which is a overarching practice management 24 00:01:53.719 --> 00:01:57.400 firm, and in two thousand and eight I kind of decided that I loved 25 00:01:57.719 --> 00:02:02.670 the reimbursement and compliance aspects of things and decided to launch camps university. I 26 00:02:02.790 --> 00:02:07.310 do live in highlands ranch, Colorado with my husband, Michael, and we 27 00:02:07.390 --> 00:02:10.629 have a couple of acid hounds that we like a lot and we are a 28 00:02:10.710 --> 00:02:16.419 team of twenty two people around the country with the Large Online University of training 29 00:02:16.659 --> 00:02:22.180 and resources and things of that nature in the areas that we focus in. 30 00:02:22.500 --> 00:02:25.340 Yeah, that's amazing. It's quite quite the career already. Thank you. 31 00:02:25.419 --> 00:02:30.889 Thanks for doing that for our profession, because anyone that guy goes to conferences, 32 00:02:30.889 --> 00:02:35.289 I'm sure, has seen you speak on your so knowledgeable. That's why 33 00:02:35.490 --> 00:02:38.330 Cairo touch partners with you, because we like the partner with the best, 34 00:02:38.490 --> 00:02:42.409 and you are definitely the best when it comes to building, coding and compliance. 35 00:02:42.449 --> 00:02:46.120 So thank you for all your work. My pleasure. We could also 36 00:02:46.240 --> 00:02:52.039 just put Geezer under my eventually, you earned your status after a long time. 37 00:02:52.719 --> 00:02:55.319 So the main thing that we want to discuss today are really just kind 38 00:02:55.360 --> 00:02:59.069 of billing and coode is your it's your real house billing, coding compliance. 39 00:02:59.150 --> 00:03:02.469 So resolutions for the New Year. Can you give our audience a few helpful 40 00:03:02.509 --> 00:03:06.669 hints regarding any changes that are taking place here in two thousand and twenty one? 41 00:03:07.270 --> 00:03:10.909 Yeah, there's some big ones actually that are probably already on most people's 42 00:03:12.069 --> 00:03:17.139 radar. But we are having the first change in evaluation and management codes since 43 00:03:17.180 --> 00:03:23.259 one thousand nine hundred and ninety seven that are in effective effect of January first 44 00:03:23.300 --> 00:03:27.250 of two thousand and twenty one. It's been something that's been in the works 45 00:03:27.330 --> 00:03:30.530 for a long time and just has never gotten across the line, but then 46 00:03:30.650 --> 00:03:38.009 the way that the codes are calculated. So there's a series of machinations and 47 00:03:38.129 --> 00:03:43.520 Algorithms based on bullet points and all these sorts of things that determine the level 48 00:03:43.560 --> 00:03:47.719 of code that was actually provided. It's why coders are hired in the medical 49 00:03:47.759 --> 00:03:53.000 profession to read the documentation and make them into a code. And so they've 50 00:03:53.039 --> 00:04:00.789 simplified this down to where we no longer calculate history and examination, but rather 51 00:04:00.830 --> 00:04:06.909 all the coding will be based on either time or pure medical decisionmaking. So 52 00:04:08.590 --> 00:04:11.699 it's a lot more involved than I can talk about here, but it's a 53 00:04:11.819 --> 00:04:15.980 big change. We've certainly done some public training. We have that training available 54 00:04:16.060 --> 00:04:19.980 on our site. We've certainly done that for your care touch users on some 55 00:04:20.139 --> 00:04:25.649 of our monthly webinars along the way to get everybody prepared. But it doesn't 56 00:04:25.649 --> 00:04:30.649 excuse the provider from still doing a medically necessary history and examination, but we 57 00:04:30.850 --> 00:04:35.610 no longer will use the components of that to create our code. So that's 58 00:04:35.610 --> 00:04:40.360 a big, big, big, big change. I love. When we 59 00:04:40.480 --> 00:04:46.920 did our training I created twelve kind of case examples to six for medical decisionmaking 60 00:04:47.079 --> 00:04:53.790 in six four for time to help doctors figure out when it's appropriate to use 61 00:04:53.829 --> 00:04:57.670 time and when it's appropriate to use the MDM. The good news is doctors 62 00:04:57.790 --> 00:05:00.310 can use either one. I could use one, you know, on a 63 00:05:00.430 --> 00:05:03.790 new patient at nine in the morning and it may make more sense to use 64 00:05:03.829 --> 00:05:08.540 time for calculation on the new patient at eleven in the morning. So we 65 00:05:08.699 --> 00:05:12.500 really hope that doctors and team members will learn this. I feel like it's 66 00:05:12.500 --> 00:05:18.620 a doover because so many doctors never learned the true details of em coding and 67 00:05:18.860 --> 00:05:21.930 how to get to a code. We sort of guessed, if you will, 68 00:05:23.250 --> 00:05:27.209 and so I love the idea that we have the opportunity to kind of 69 00:05:27.329 --> 00:05:30.129 really learn this and do it right. The second thing I would say really 70 00:05:30.170 --> 00:05:38.959 goes along with the new Medicare advance beneficiary notice that expired in March of this 71 00:05:39.040 --> 00:05:42.199 year. was kind of, you know, push down the road because of 72 00:05:42.399 --> 00:05:46.160 covid and the the things that were going on. They were going to make 73 00:05:46.240 --> 00:05:49.990 it effective October, I'm sorry, August twenty four, but instead they have 74 00:05:50.189 --> 00:05:54.750 pushed it out to January first. So there is a new abn form that 75 00:05:54.829 --> 00:05:59.189 must to be used effective January first and a new set of rules that come 76 00:05:59.230 --> 00:06:05.060 along with what's called a qualified Medicare beneficiary and that's the beneficiary that's getting some 77 00:06:05.180 --> 00:06:10.860 additional assistants, perhaps a Medicaid that could be duly ensured. But there are 78 00:06:10.980 --> 00:06:15.620 very particular rules that have been in place around these patients and one of those 79 00:06:15.699 --> 00:06:20.170 things, for example, is that the the doctor cannot charge coinsurance or deductibles 80 00:06:20.209 --> 00:06:27.050 or things like that. And what's interesting is even if Medicaid in your state 81 00:06:27.250 --> 00:06:32.199 does not include Chiropractic, if they're a qualified medicare beneficiary, qmb, you 82 00:06:32.399 --> 00:06:38.199 still cannot collect even for maintenance care. So it's a very precarious rule. 83 00:06:38.240 --> 00:06:42.240 We've been training our clients on this for probably the better part of six months 84 00:06:42.279 --> 00:06:46.360 because it's going to be a big deal and and honestly, other than you 85 00:06:46.480 --> 00:06:47.990 know, just the day to day stuff. Those are the three big things 86 00:06:48.069 --> 00:06:51.829 that that we're really focusing on as we come into the new year. But 87 00:06:53.029 --> 00:06:56.870 those, there's actionable points are that chiropractors need to be able to take away 88 00:06:56.870 --> 00:07:00.670 from exactly what you just said. So there's things I have to do. 89 00:07:00.779 --> 00:07:05.740 You have to go get that new ABN form exactly right abso that if you're 90 00:07:05.779 --> 00:07:09.579 using the CT forms, APP and Cairo touching, you need to change that 91 00:07:09.740 --> 00:07:13.500 form or you are just using a paper form for whatever reason, you need 92 00:07:13.620 --> 00:07:15.089 to have that form. Well, the great news is that we worked with 93 00:07:15.209 --> 00:07:19.730 you all and your team at Cairo touch to get that new form in over 94 00:07:19.850 --> 00:07:24.850 the summer when it came out, and the the templates have been updated for 95 00:07:24.970 --> 00:07:28.930 your users for quite some time, because that's one of the advantages of being 96 00:07:28.970 --> 00:07:31.000 a Cairo touch user. We keep you on the cutting edge. That's exactly 97 00:07:31.079 --> 00:07:34.639 it. So you want to make sure that you are staying up to your 98 00:07:34.680 --> 00:07:39.920 compliance measures and thinking about, okay, as a Cairo touch shoos or even 99 00:07:39.959 --> 00:07:43.480 as a chiropractor in general, that they are following the you know, the 100 00:07:43.560 --> 00:07:46.230 information that you're putting out there, because you do stay and the forefront of 101 00:07:46.269 --> 00:07:48.750 it to make sure that you compliant it. We keep saying it all the 102 00:07:48.829 --> 00:07:51.790 time, but we kind of get in is as humans. We get into 103 00:07:53.069 --> 00:07:56.230 our patterns right there and and so you want to make sure that, oh, 104 00:07:56.389 --> 00:07:59.939 something new is coming out, I probably should update kind of how I 105 00:08:00.019 --> 00:08:01.379 do things in the office. So, if you're not a Cairo touch user, 106 00:08:01.620 --> 00:08:05.379 get that form. It's free. You just go download that. You 107 00:08:05.420 --> 00:08:09.740 can google it. Well, What's interesting is we recently did a survey with 108 00:08:09.939 --> 00:08:13.970 such a large, you know, following base and such, gathering it all 109 00:08:13.009 --> 00:08:16.889 these years. And you know, one of the things we're so incredibly proud 110 00:08:16.930 --> 00:08:20.730 of is that of all the words that people think of when they think of 111 00:08:20.769 --> 00:08:24.810 km's university, and I'm so honored that this was, I mean like ninety 112 00:08:24.889 --> 00:08:31.000 eight percent overwhelming is accuracy. So they know that. You know, people 113 00:08:31.040 --> 00:08:35.279 will run around from Free Webinarre to free Webinar and try to manage their risk 114 00:08:35.440 --> 00:08:39.960 and manage their reimbers and and that's, frankly, you know, it's not 115 00:08:39.080 --> 00:08:43.470 a great idea because you don't know who you're getting that from. And and 116 00:08:43.629 --> 00:08:46.870 so we really have made it our purpose and it's one of our core values 117 00:08:46.950 --> 00:08:50.669 to serve the profession in that way, and I'm so honored that what we 118 00:08:50.950 --> 00:08:56.980 it is literally our pledge. We insist on accuracy for your protection and so 119 00:08:56.139 --> 00:09:00.259 you know you're going to get the right answer, and so I'm honored that 120 00:09:00.379 --> 00:09:03.299 that the profession does see us in that light. Well, your company does. 121 00:09:03.340 --> 00:09:05.620 I mean your company comes in and they do audits, right, they 122 00:09:05.620 --> 00:09:09.129 do consult you do consulting work for chiropractors. Like you look at their practice 123 00:09:09.169 --> 00:09:13.129 and see kind of where their deficient. So that's that's your business. Yes, 124 00:09:13.450 --> 00:09:16.129 that being said, what would use? This is something I always think 125 00:09:16.129 --> 00:09:20.529 about when I think about you. I always wonder this. What would you 126 00:09:20.570 --> 00:09:24.360 say are the biggest mistakes to you see doctors making? I don't know that 127 00:09:24.399 --> 00:09:28.960 I can say one thing, but but I I think that we consistently state 128 00:09:28.159 --> 00:09:35.080 these three things. So we are absolutely documentation experts. That is part of 129 00:09:35.120 --> 00:09:41.070 the reason why we assist with updating those macros and helping, you know, 130 00:09:41.230 --> 00:09:45.029 with some of the pieces to make them as easy to use as we can, 131 00:09:45.309 --> 00:09:50.830 with the care touch software. But doctors assuming that you don't have to 132 00:09:50.990 --> 00:09:56.220 include personal information or that you that the macro or the computer can do all 133 00:09:56.259 --> 00:10:03.379 of your documentation for you. So not enough patient specific personalized information added to 134 00:10:03.460 --> 00:10:07.889 the note on a daily bit visit is absolutely one of those things. I 135 00:10:07.009 --> 00:10:11.490 think the second thing that I could could just do a broad brushstroke on is 136 00:10:11.610 --> 00:10:16.370 that, and maybe it comes from my history, but that that doctors need 137 00:10:18.409 --> 00:10:24.799 to value their chiropractic assistants and they need to invest in their learning. We 138 00:10:24.919 --> 00:10:28.679 have some that call us for help and we say who, we've got this 139 00:10:28.799 --> 00:10:31.679 great module you can do on this. Well, my doctor doesn't want to 140 00:10:31.679 --> 00:10:35.750 pay for that and I think about the doctors that invested in me when I 141 00:10:35.909 --> 00:10:39.429 was a young sea and would I be where I am today if they didn't, 142 00:10:41.070 --> 00:10:45.269 because I learned so, so much from the training that I was given. 143 00:10:45.350 --> 00:10:48.070 We're going to be launching some see a certifications in in two thousand and 144 00:10:48.070 --> 00:10:52.700 twenty one. We're excited about that, so that the sea can really take 145 00:10:52.820 --> 00:10:56.259 on more for the doctor and be more of an assistant to the doctor. 146 00:10:56.820 --> 00:11:03.059 Probably the last thing I would say we see our mysteryimbursement opportunities. So shortcutting, 147 00:11:03.610 --> 00:11:09.009 not understanding enough about the coding or the the service that you're providing, 148 00:11:09.490 --> 00:11:15.330 and you know they're things that you could and should be doing that maybe you 149 00:11:15.409 --> 00:11:20.080 don't know until someone does that practice performance profile like we do and says, 150 00:11:20.120 --> 00:11:22.679 we'll wait a minute. You know, we like to see ten percent of 151 00:11:22.840 --> 00:11:28.399 this in a practice that's doing that and you're at one percent. Is there 152 00:11:28.440 --> 00:11:31.639 a reason for that? You know so. So those are probably the three 153 00:11:31.679 --> 00:11:35.269 things that stand out in my mind. Can that being said, on the 154 00:11:35.309 --> 00:11:39.509 reimbursement side, can Cairo touch hope with that, like can our software help 155 00:11:39.629 --> 00:11:45.509 you get reimbursed? I think it can because you know, from a reimbursement 156 00:11:45.549 --> 00:11:48.299 perspective, if well, and and I'll put my tongue in my cheek and 157 00:11:48.340 --> 00:11:54.620 use and say this, one of the other challenges, along with training for 158 00:11:54.100 --> 00:11:58.899 a proper properly training a sea to do the job that's necessary to run the 159 00:12:00.059 --> 00:12:05.490 business for the doctor. Think about how we see people who maybe never did 160 00:12:05.610 --> 00:12:11.129 their Cairo touch training properly or they shortcut it or they rushed it, and 161 00:12:11.289 --> 00:12:13.169 so they don't even know all the features that it has are all the ways 162 00:12:13.210 --> 00:12:18.240 to use it. So for me, I will ask particularly a Caire touch 163 00:12:18.279 --> 00:12:20.159 user, you know, to pull a report on x, Y and Z 164 00:12:20.360 --> 00:12:24.279 so that I can analyze something, and they act as though they've never heard 165 00:12:24.320 --> 00:12:28.679 that before, when I know it's been done in training. So I think 166 00:12:28.720 --> 00:12:33.590 it's important the data that Cairo touch gathers for you and the way that it's 167 00:12:33.629 --> 00:12:39.669 been created data is invaluable and I love the types of reports. When we're 168 00:12:39.669 --> 00:12:43.350 working one on one with a client and kind of a handson environment, we 169 00:12:43.509 --> 00:12:46.220 know what reports to pull and those that have been you know, took their 170 00:12:46.299 --> 00:12:50.740 training seriously, I would say, and and I know that it's a drink 171 00:12:50.779 --> 00:12:54.460 of water from a fire hydrain, but it is honestly so valuable to know 172 00:12:54.740 --> 00:12:58.500 all of the components that you have in front of you. That's a great 173 00:12:58.500 --> 00:13:01.809 point. I do these demos every single day for the past six years. 174 00:13:01.889 --> 00:13:05.049 So people don't use the the reports enough. I feels, just like you 175 00:13:05.090 --> 00:13:07.929 do. You get about eighty five of those reports in Cairo touch. Go 176 00:13:09.090 --> 00:13:11.049 in and start filter from creating your favorites. You know I mean doing it 177 00:13:11.090 --> 00:13:15.919 on a monthly do not a weekly basis. Just a great tip. One 178 00:13:15.960 --> 00:13:18.440 of the best things you can do as a coding report, and we all 179 00:13:18.480 --> 00:13:22.399 of a coding audit. It is one of the components of mandatory compliance anyway 180 00:13:22.879 --> 00:13:26.750 that doctors should be doing. But I would do start with looking at your 181 00:13:26.789 --> 00:13:31.990 chiropractic manipulative treatment codes, the three codes, and pull a report monthly or 182 00:13:33.190 --> 00:13:37.470 annual are trailing twelve months, and see how many of each you did and 183 00:13:37.509 --> 00:13:39.509 look at those ratios and if you find your Nin hundred and eight nine four 184 00:13:39.509 --> 00:13:45.539 ones are over about sixty percent, then the question comes, will your documentation 185 00:13:45.659 --> 00:13:48.379 match that? Because if we know that from readlooking or software, I guess 186 00:13:48.379 --> 00:13:52.539 who else knows that? The payer knows that you are branded. You know, 187 00:13:52.779 --> 00:13:58.409 Dr Brian as somebody who you know, uses the crap out of a 188 00:13:58.409 --> 00:14:00.889 nine hundred and eighty nine forty one, and they could go well, we 189 00:14:01.370 --> 00:14:03.250 know the odds say that you're not going to have the right documentation, so 190 00:14:03.330 --> 00:14:07.889 let us audit you. So that is it's better he who has the most 191 00:14:07.929 --> 00:14:11.039 information wins, and Cairo touch really makes it easy for doctors to know that 192 00:14:11.279 --> 00:14:16.600 and self audit. Yeah, that's wonderful wisdom that people need to understand and 193 00:14:16.320 --> 00:14:20.480 utilize in the practice. So that being said, let's touch on a few 194 00:14:20.519 --> 00:14:26.230 things before we wrap up here that you mentioned. We run a monthly billing 195 00:14:26.309 --> 00:14:30.149 incoding elebinar series with you part of Cairo touch. You can go to Cairo 196 00:14:30.230 --> 00:14:33.389 touchcom, slash resources and get all this information. So thank you for doing 197 00:14:33.509 --> 00:14:37.590 that, because you are helping the profession. You're helping our client base. 198 00:14:37.070 --> 00:14:41.779 Also. Where can they go on your website? Is it just KMC UNIVERSITYCOM 199 00:14:41.980 --> 00:14:46.740 to get more help? Can you kind of lead our sure, well, 200 00:14:46.860 --> 00:14:50.940 if you're if you're user, there's like we created that Webinar series a while 201 00:14:50.980 --> 00:14:54.649 back. It's called billing and coding, but we do cover just about any 202 00:14:54.649 --> 00:14:58.289 question and the idea behind that were really was that somebody could come once a 203 00:14:58.370 --> 00:15:03.210 month, save up their questions that they would love to ask support or love 204 00:15:03.289 --> 00:15:07.129 to ask me and come and ask any question. And for a long time 205 00:15:07.159 --> 00:15:11.480 Lawrence and Marty and I would have to dig questions out of people. We've 206 00:15:11.519 --> 00:15:13.559 kind of got a prime now they know what to do. Plus we start 207 00:15:13.600 --> 00:15:16.440 with a topic, kind of we call it a pump primer, so to 208 00:15:16.519 --> 00:15:20.240 speak, and that's where I've talked about these new em codes and different things, 209 00:15:20.509 --> 00:15:24.590 to kind of give up some valuable information but also to kind of get 210 00:15:24.590 --> 00:15:30.750 juices flowing on different questions. So go to that. That is a wonderful 211 00:15:30.750 --> 00:15:33.070 thing and if the time doesn't work, go back and listen to it inside 212 00:15:33.070 --> 00:15:37.940 the the care touch website. For US Care Touch uosers get special pricing on 213 00:15:39.059 --> 00:15:43.980 our our discovery consultations. You know, not unlike a chiropractic visit. Somebody 214 00:15:43.059 --> 00:15:46.379 could just come in our office and lay down on table and get adjusted right, 215 00:15:46.379 --> 00:15:48.460 they could do that, but that's not going to get them what they 216 00:15:48.539 --> 00:15:54.889 really need. So we do something called a discovery consultation. KMC UNIVERSITYCOM is 217 00:15:54.929 --> 00:15:56.850 absolutely the way to reach us. There's no doubt about that. Or to 218 00:15:58.009 --> 00:16:02.929 call our toll free number which is on our website. But we really love 219 00:16:03.049 --> 00:16:07.080 the opportunity to start with a discovery consultation, kind of filling out some questions 220 00:16:07.200 --> 00:16:11.600 and needs analysis, and it's very inexpensive for care touch uosers, only forty 221 00:16:11.639 --> 00:16:15.000 nine dollars, and should there be something that you need, we always apply 222 00:16:15.120 --> 00:16:18.669 that forty nine doors toward it. So it's very easy to work with us, 223 00:16:18.750 --> 00:16:22.429 but first and foremost, get on that. Webinar once a month. 224 00:16:22.590 --> 00:16:26.509 Yeah, we really honestly. Our whole goal is to help doctors. We 225 00:16:26.669 --> 00:16:30.789 want to protect you, we want to help you get reimbursed more right. 226 00:16:30.950 --> 00:16:33.500 We're giving you all these resources to do it. It's just on you to 227 00:16:33.620 --> 00:16:37.100 not take that action. You Bet. Any final thoughts, parting words of 228 00:16:37.139 --> 00:16:41.100 wisdom for the audience before we rock and roll? Well, I will tell 229 00:16:41.100 --> 00:16:42.419 you that, you know, I've seen it all. I've been around a 230 00:16:42.539 --> 00:16:45.100 long time. I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly and I 231 00:16:45.299 --> 00:16:51.210 know that this too shall pass. That is absolutely something that we've seen. 232 00:16:51.769 --> 00:16:55.090 But you know, we are at an unprecedented time in our profession with the 233 00:16:55.210 --> 00:16:59.570 opioid crisis and an opportunity for patients to be able to get in and see 234 00:16:59.970 --> 00:17:03.920 doctors of Chiropractic in this fashion, and I can tell you that positioning your 235 00:17:04.160 --> 00:17:08.880 business to be prepared for that has never been more important, and I hope 236 00:17:08.920 --> 00:17:12.319 that you'll let people like Cairo touching Kams University help you do it. That's 237 00:17:12.319 --> 00:17:15.750 amazing, it really is. Thank you again for everything. Thanks for coming 238 00:17:15.829 --> 00:17:21.230 on sharing your perspective on this topic with US my pleasure.
